In light of the pending winter storm and in coordination with Jenkintown Borough’s snow emergency declaration, Jenkintown School District will be closed on Monday, January 26th.
This decision was made with the safety of our students, staff, and families as our top priority, particularly given anticipated hazardous travel conditions.
Please note the following:
All district-sponsored activities, athletics, and events scheduled for Monday are canceled.
There will be no in-person or virtual instruction on this day.
As previously shared, this day will be made up on Tuesday, May 26th.
Only essential personnel will be permitted in district buildings.
We will continue to monitor conditions and will communicate any additional updates as needed. Families are encouraged to monitor district email and our website for further information.
