To report your student’s absence, please submit attendance notifications and notes for student absences to the corresponding emails listed below.
- We strongly encourage parents to send notifications and notes for absences before or on the day of a student’s absence.
- Doctor’s notes may also be emailed within three days of an absence, resulting in an excused medical absence.
- If you cannot access the internet or a computer, please call the attendance line listed below.
On the day of your student’s absence, you will receive a verification phone call, even if the absence has been reported via the Jenkintown Online Notification System. The district phoning parents and guardians of students who are not in class is an important measure to ensure our students’ safety.
