Schedule Parent/Teacher Conferences

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We invite you to sign up for our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences. You can begin scheduling your conferences by clicking the sign-up links below. This year, the district is offering a virtual option for families who cannot attend conferences in person. Should you wish to attend your conference via Google Meet, please write the word “VIRTUAL” next to your child’s name in the sign-up genius. If you do not write the word virtual next to your child’s name, we will expect to see you for an in-person conference. 

We will again be using Sign Up Genius for Parent/Teacher Conferences.

NOTES:

  • Once you click on the sign-up link for each teacher, you will need to enter 1874 as the required access code.

  • Parents of students in grades 4-6 can only sign up with their child’s homeroom teacher.

  • You must have or create a Sign-Up Genius account to use this system. An account allows you to view, change, and receive sign-up reminders.

  • Make sure you write down the teachers and times.

  • These conferences are designed to provide you with a brief check-in moment with a teacher, so please respect that intent and our desire to allow all parents to secure a time slot. 

  • If you wish to have a more detailed or lengthy conversation with a teacher, don’t hesitate to contact the teacher directly to make such a request. Thank you for honoring our time slots.

  • The sign-ups will close on Wednesday, November 20, at 3:00 pm. The sign-ups will be inaccessible then so we can prepare those lists for our teachers.

  • You can still view your sign-ups online when you log in to your Sign Up Genius account. After logging in, hover the cursor over the tab labeled My Account and click on My Sign-Ups. This should give you a listing of your sign-ups.

  • Feel free to contact the teacher directly if you need to make any changes or cancellations after we close the sign-ups.

If you do not have access to technology at home, you can come to your child’s school office to sign up for conferences. If you have any questions about or problems with the sign-up, please call the office of your child’s school so that we may help you.
