Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Directors of the School District of Jenkintown (“the Board”) will hold its regularly scheduled School Board Meeting on February 23, 2026, at 7:00 PM via Zoom. This change has been made to ensure the greatest possible participation from community members in light of current weather conditions.

Public comments will be received through the Zoom platform using the connection details above.

During public comment periods, attendees may raise their hand either using the raise hand function of the Zoom application or by using the phone numbers provided above. The District will recognize individuals one at a time and invite them to unmute using the unmute function of the Zoom application. Once recognized and unmuted, the individual must clearly identify their name and street of residence, status as a taxpayer, or position of employment with the District and will have three minutes to comment.  Comments during the first public comment period must relate to agenda items. Comments during the second public comment period must relate to non-agenda items. Directions on how to raise your hand in Zoom are below.

For attendees using the Zoom application:

  1. Click Raise Hand in the webinar controls.

The host will be notified that you’ve raised your hand.

  1. If the host allows you to talk, you may be prompted to unmute yourself. While unmuted, your profile picture and name is displayed to the host and panelists. Only your name is displayed to other attendees.
  2. Click Raise Hand in the webinar controls to lower it, if needed. This will not mute yourself if you are unmuted.
